We ship our products approximately 1-2 business days after purchasing. We ship and processed items from Mondays – Fridays. Please be aware that if you order on Friday, your item will be sent on Monday (Due to the time needed for case needs to dry and the fact that Australia Post does not work on Saturdays). We only post with Australia Post for all orders. If you have not received your item within 14 business days then please contact us with an eBay message and we will try to get back in touch.


 


Return                                                                                                      

1.     Unless otherwise stated all products have a warranty period of 6 months from date of purchase on production of the appropriate sales invoice.


2.     The Warranty becomes null and void in the case of incorrect utilization or disregard of the instructions.


3.     We will happily offer replacement items (not refunds) if:

 

1.     The item is dead on arrival or damaged

2.     There is a manufacturing fault with the item

3.     The wrong item was sent to you


4.      If you have purchased an item, and decided you would like to return it, the item will need to be returned in brand new condition. If repacking is required or packing damage has occurred, we may charge a fee for this decided on a case by case basis. Buyer needs to pay for the return shipping cost.
We must be notified within 7 days of receipt of product if you would like a replacement or refund. Original shipping costs are not refundable.


5.      Warranty does not cover any related installation or re-installation costs involved.


6.      Transport costs are refundable only in the case where warranty has been duly recognized and accepted by Canton_Import_Online. These costs will be limited to the actual shipment costs between Canton_Import_Online Warehouse and the client's delivery address.


7.      No refunds or replacement items will be issued prior to the receipt and proper testing and inspection of any goods that are deemed faulty or incorrectly supplied.


8.      Please choose your parts carefully and make sure you have your correct vehicle information. If not sure please contact us prior to purchase. We will help to rectify when parts are purchased incorrectly but the return and replace shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.


9.      Always contact us through eBay's "Ask a question" with any issues or problems prior to returning the item/s. With your co-operation we will work hard to resolve any issues quickly.

Return

As per Australian Law we do accept returns, if you have made a mistake or change of mind purchasing the item within 30 days of original purchase. The return postage of the item is at the cost of the buyer and the refund will be processed once the item is received in its original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. A restocking fee of 15% of the original invoice might apply if the returns is due of purchasing mistakes or simply a change of mind and take the freight cost into consideration. The refund will be minus the cost of postage to send originally including items with free postage and restocking fee if applicable.

We cannot be held responsible for buyer's mistake reading item descriptions and vehicle compatibility lists, if a mistake has been made by the buyer it will be their responsibility to return as per above policy.

We are a genuine and trustworthy business and if we make a mistake we will do everything we can do to rectify the issue.

If a claim is made that the item sent is not as described we reserve the right to request photos as required to determine what the issue is and how it can be fixed. In most cases we will ask for a photo of the part we sent and the part off the vehicle.

If you have purchased an item, and decided you would like to return it, the item will need to be returned in unopened, unused, undamaged and brand new condition.

Before parts can be returned to Canton Auto Parts, all returns must be authorised by Canton Auto Parts.

Original or copy of invoice must be provided with all returns.

Returned goods will only be accepted by Canton Auto Parts if they are in their original packaging, unopened, unused and undamaged conditions.

All accepted refunds request may take up to 5 business day to be fully processed.  

Warranty

All auto spare parts we sell have their own manufacturer’s warranty. In most cases, the warranty will be 12 months from date of purchase. Or any longer warranty period that may be printed on your original tax invoice.

The warranty covers for the products only and does not cover labour, freight, handling or associated costs. 

Upon examination by our staff, if any goods supplied by Canton Auto Parts are found to be defective, recipient must submit a valid claim within 7 days of receiving their order, along with photo or video evidence, in order to be eligible for a replacement, exchange or refund. Product/s damaged by misuse, improper installation/operation, lack of maintenance or other factors outside of Canton Auto Parts control will not be eligible. Eligible orders will either be replaced/exchanged by Canton Auto Parts or credited back to the purchaser. The cost of removal and/or installation of good is not covered by warranty.

During the warranty period, we will replace or refund, at our option, any new part that fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship under normal use and service after proper installation. Please contact us at cantonautoparts.sales@gmail.com

Car accessories are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty.

It is the policy of Canton Auto Parts that the Warranty will be VOID if NOT fitted by a qualified licensed mechanic. 
Proof of fitment may be requested at the time of warranty claim.

What is Not Covered

  • Failure due to accident or collision; misuse, abuse or modification; chemical fallout; salt, hail, or other environmental conditions including natural disasters; marine use; improper installation; installation of an incorrect part; and damages caused by other faulty parts.
  • Parts under manufacturer's recall for a related problem.
  • Parts installed on vehicles used off-road or for racing purposes.
  • Parts installed on a commercial-use vehicle after 90 days (see below).
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Used or salvage parts.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER LABOR COSTS OR INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES SUCH AS, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PHYSICAL INJURIES OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOSS OF TIME, LOSS OF USE OF THE VEHICLE, INCONVENIENCE, RENTAL VEHICLE CHARGES, TOWING CHARGES OR ACCOMMODATIONS RESULTING FROM A DEFECT IN OR FAILURE OF THE PART.
